Hahaha. I had a video conference with my friend; Nana just now. She is currently studying in Australia. Budak pandai ni~~ Hoho. I was too bored doing my PCS task outline, while listening to Monoloque’s songs again and again. So I asked her if she know any good bands from there. She said she’s too busy counting money, no time for music. Cehhh mentang-mentang duit baru masuk~~ Haha. Somehow I typo-ed “gaga” instead of “haha” and so she called me Hadio Gaga - a new artist, I should try listening to him, she said. LOL. Hahaha. And she even sent me a picture of that Hadio Gaga.

=.=”

Hahaha. LOL. Damn, she quickly closed her webcam after that. Never mind, never mind. Wait next time. Hahaha.

Oit belajar betul-betul, nanti jadi accountant syarikat aku ye? Belajar jauh-jauh, jadi kuli aku jugak. Hahahaha. XP

It is just true that everything is acceptable if you like the person.
I might say I don’t like a person who does this and that in general, but I’d think it’s cute for those liked persons to do so.
Life is fair, just be likable, okay?
p/s: Just at the end, I still don’t like it. Haha.

Salam.

As a committee of ChildPro2010, everyone of us will be going to do community service at least once each person. Supposed, I should go last week but due to the holiday, mine was postponed to this week and so I did went yesterday. I went to Rumah Wawasan in Manjung. The night before, I went to Pizza Hut with Aizat, Farid and Fathi (as Fathi was craving for pizza~~) and there, I met 3 cute girls~~ Cute cute little girls, but I just can play/disturb them from far, everytime the mothers look at me, I acted as if nothing happened. Hahaha. Why your little daughters so cute laa?~~ So I got quite excited thinking that I’m going to meet some kids the next day~ Weee~~

That night I stayed up quite late. I was afraid that I wouldn’t make it to wake up and be at V2 Cafe at 7.30 AM, but ended up, I was the first to be there! With a pail in my hand. Hahaha. It was not “janji Melayu”, it was “janji 1Malaysia” - everyone was late. Haha.

There were two groups; my group who would go to Rumah Wawasan, and another one who would go to Pertubuhan Kebajikan Anak-anak Yatim Aitam Busarah. At about 9, we started our journey and reached the destination almost an hour later.

At Rumah Wawasan, there are about 20 something kids, most of them are Indians/Tamils. 4 of them if I’m not mistaken are Chinese but they can talk Tamil also. I was amazed, honestly. Hehe. So first we divided them into 4 groups for ice-breaking session. CFC and me took care of the first group. In my group, there were Melvin (9), Jasmin (18), Li Ping (21), Rogan (10), and Narshini (11). Li Ping can’t really speak, even if she speaks, we can’t understand her, only a few of the kids can. Luckily, Jasmin can, and Li Ping understands Tamil~ That was the first time I was amazed~ Hehe. Jasmin wanted to know our family background, so we talked about it. Then when it came to her turn, I lost my words. She told that her mom died and only during her Form 3, she was told that the man she was living with is not her real father, and due to I don’t know what faults, the man is now jailed. She was separated from her two step-siblings who she really misses. The last time they met was last Christmas, and sadly she said, they didn’t really talk to her. Her eyes was start to be watery. I just don’t know what to say, I kept saying “It’s okay, it’s okay, Jas. You know they love you“. Aish. Before that, she told that she loves singing so I just asked her to sing one song for me and CFC. She seemed excited. Huhu. So she sang “My Love“, together with us. ^^

Then we did some origami. We did penguins, whales, fishes and cats. The kids enjoyed themselves, and I too was became excited doing the origami with them as I was too just learned how to. Hahaha. One of the kids; Jennifer was just got through an appendix operation so she can’t really move, she stayed by me all along the session, kept asking me to draw the eyes for her origami and asked me to put my signature on them - she loves my drawing and signature, she said. Hehe. Thanks, Jennifer, and get well soon! ^^

Two Chinese siblings; Mae Mae and Hyat also stayed by me during the origami session. Mae Mae is very brave and active girl. Haha. I kept fighting with her. I kept lying to her that I’m younger than her and so on. Hahaha. They can talk Tamil fluently also. They learned themselves they told me. Wow~~ I brought my pen along and it became a tool that made it easier for me to get along with the kids as they kept asking to borrow it to write their names, or even write my name for me. Hoho.

Then it was coloring session. It suddenly became silent in the house as the kids was focusing to color the pictures given. Huhu. Some of them asked me to help them to color the pictures along with them, afraid they wouldn’t finish it by time. Haha. It was enjoyable; followed them to use their preferred colors to use for grass, face and so on - I colored grass blue and people green. Hahaha.

Next we had our lunch. We went out and packed some for the committees while the kids would be having their own prepared lunch. Still, we ate our lunch together at the kitchen with the kids. Hoho.

The last activity was hand-stamping session. We painted their hands and asked them to do hand-stamps on our banner. I was in charge to paint their hands and they kept laughing, saying it’s ticklish. Haha. Steven and Edison was the youngest, 4 years old. They were so cute, trying to get their hands off the paint. Hahaha. While waiting for the paint to dry, we spent some time with the kids at the living room, just chatting with them. For me, I took the chance to learn Tamil from them. It became so joyful, especially for them as they kept laughing everytime I followed them saying the Tamil words. Hahaha. Ohya, they kept calling us “Uncle” and so I needed to kept repeating “Not uncle; brother, aney aney“. Haha. I did really learned some Tamil words at the end. Haha.

After that we took some pictures with the kids. Some of them even asked us to take pictures with them, pulling any committee with cameras to come and take pictures for them. Haha. So then we had to go back; some of the kids asked me before that when would we be going back to UTP, they said please leave at night. Huhu. Clearly, they wanted someone to visit and play with them. So people, please pay a visit there and cheer them up~~ They need us more than you ever thought of. Please please please.

Finally, we departed at about 4 something and arrived safely later after an hour.

p/s: Waiting for the pictures~~ Long text post is boring, huh? Hehe.

Salam.

Had a talk with my gerek last night about events and commitments, and I think I do have my own opinions.

As someone who join a number of events at one time, personally, I would not advise any of you to do the same. Why? Firstly, yes, there are many interesting events in UTP (depends on your interest, still) that make you curious or even excited to be part of, and due to my interests, I joined a few of them. It’s okay or maybe even better for you to join many many events for experience and skills, but too many at one time is very risky, I’d say.

Even with great passion or interest, you can’t add more hours in your every day. I keep saying “With passion, you would never have to work for even a single day“. Yes, that’s very true, but even when you’re not working; let say having fun, there is still time limit for everything. People would say time management would settle this problem. I disagree, it should be super duper precise time management. We are students, there are lots to be taken care of, especially studies. I know doesn’t matter how hard it would be, people get through it, but remember, not with great contribution or performance. I always feel sorry when I fail to give my best, because if you think back, you would agree that if you give a chance to another person who could concentrate more than you, maybe the output would be better.

I do designs and for every design, I usually spend quite a long time. Balong always say that no need to put too much effort on that, just be productive rather than too qualitative. He adds; I can be qualitative, but only when I do masterpieces - same like other professionals do. Designers’ custom design would cost far higher than their other products in the market - worth their long hours or days or months or even years finishing that very one custom design. Plus, I’m not paid for my work, he says. I never disagree with that but somehow I can’t change my habit. Haha. Fear of being rejected, I guess. Hmm even after spending long time designing, some of my designs still got rejected, so I’m not really confident yet to do designs in a short time. Hehe. This is where joining too many events becomes a problem to me. I can’t finish all the designs with a very satisfying output, especially with too many due dates clashes. Even with my passion and interest in designing, I can’t focus when I keep thinking about other unfinished tasks. Plus, I’m not a professional designer who maybe can be given a task anytime and straightly settle it in minutes or just a few hours with everyone’s applause then.

This is just my two cents. Hey, nothing is impossible, yes, but you better be someone with super duper precise time management, determination, passion, interest and highly professional skills to join many many events at one time so that you can finish all the tasks in a very short time, giving you enough time to focus on every single one task to come out with satisfying works, also not to forget your study. So why I join many events in one time? Because I didn’t realize before. Sometimes you need to learn things the hard way, you know. So why don’t I quit? Quitting is burdening others, I think, personally - once I’m in, I should finish it. For now, I really need to improve myself to be the someone I better be as I stated before. Ngee~

Aiya very sleepy~ Wake me up at 9 AM please…

Salam.

When was my last post about music? I can’t remember myself. Hehe. Too lazy to look at the archive, even. Hoho. Now I just want to share my new listen-to addiction. I never heard of this musician before until I did some blog-hopping last week, maybe. And so I listened to his new album; What Is Love, and I don’t get tired of it yet. Hehe. Christofer Ingle is an American acoustic pop musician and he started using Never Shout Never since 2007. At first, he reminds me of Hellogoodbye, and so I found out their music interest is almost the same; no wonder.

I enjoyed most of the tracks in the album, such as “What Is Love“, “Love Is Our Weapon“, “Can’t Stand It” and finally “I Love You 5“. It’s not really a great impressive music, I think, personally, but it’s more to easy listening. So for this time I’ll share the lyric for “I Love You 5“. Click here if you want to download and listen to this song. =)

Never Shout Never - I Love You 5

I love you one, two, three
Shooby doo
I love you four
That’s more than I can afford
And I can tell someday that I’m gonna say
The truth

I love you five

I’ve been walkin’ around
Tryin’ to figure out why I am feelin’ all the feelings that I am feelin’ now
And I got more on my mind
Than I have got on my plate

I love you five times more then any boy from before
‘Cause all they really cared about
Was what you put out
And I truly believe (Truly believe)
This love could be ( That this love can be)
And I can count five times
Off the top of my head
Where I sucked it in
‘Cause you were hangin’ with him
And I’ve got somethin’ to say
I love you all the same

p/s: I love you four, that’s more than I can afford. I love you seven, I didn’t realize, even. =|

Salam.

Been working my ass all out off. Haha. Busy? Not as much as others, I believe that. It just that I couldn’t really enjoy what I’m doing now - no more passionate designer-wannabe whose stare might go through the screen. What always been said; “Silap join banyak-banyak.” is just a small sigh. Joining events is enjoyable, at least for me, but of course there are up-downs in it - big smiles for new friends and exciting laughing moments, yet, a big ride down when the due dates are clashing.

Still, I know I can hang on those rides. Been there, nailed that. Yes, it’s true that new day brings new experience, but the past gives you lessons and knowledge, and those are simplified into one term called “advantage”.

Maybe I’m getting bored with same cycle of activities, and maybe that’s why I enjoy myself joining Welfare department - no more Merchandise, no more PnP. Still got to design but at least I’m exposed to something new. Hehe. Also, now I got the gut to express what I feel - maybe you would call it “complaining”, but it’s for everyone’s sake, I don’t want to spoil things - it’s better for me to back off when I don’t think I can do things better than others might can. I’m sorry if I become a burden, it’s just the way I’m thinking now. =)

A little stress doesn’t stop me from being the happiest person. Thank you. ^^

Salam/hi.

I first knew Hujan during my second semester in UTP, when I got some of their songs from Aniq. “Amoi Chantek” and “Pagi Yang Gelap” were sure did caught my attention to this band.

Time goes by and I keep following their updates. Their first live performance I’ve been to was at Wuuhuu08. Enjoyed myself to the fullest - sang along till got no voice. Haha.

My first picture with Noh the vocalist was during Andamedia. Credit to Zyker for snapping.

Bought their first album “ABCDEFGHUJANOPQRSTUVWXYZ” 2 days before my 18th birthday and yeah, proud to have it. Hehe.

It was quite weird to ask for signatures from indie bands during gigs, but I had theirs during Mencari Konklusi Tour in Ipoh. Got their cool keychain there. Did also bought the first originally-produced-by-their-production shirt. Cooler that it is a very rare one; Mencari Konklusi Tour edition with their new logo. I bought one Hujan shirt before but it is not originally from their production~ And I sold it already. Haha.

But then, my point here is that I love Hujan and I’m a proud Rainger so that’s why I feel so fucking annoyed and down when my Mencari Konklusi Tour shirt was stolen. You suck, loser bastard thief!

Okay, that’s all. Thank you. Haha. LOL.
